My, the Confident Communicator
My manages dyslexia in the workplace and struggled with note taking in meetings. Genio Notes has transformed her professional communication and boosted her confidence.

From self-doubt to professional praise
My, a professional with dyslexia, found that traditional note taking methods left her feeling inadequate. She would miss important parts of conversations and was pulled up for using simpler language.
With Genio Notes, My can now focus on the conversation rather than worrying about capturing every detail. The software's ability to record and transcribe meetings has been a game-changer for her, particularly during in-person meetings where a transcript isn't automatically available.
"I just felt like, a bit stupid, a bit dumb how people think that you are," she reflects on her past struggles. "I used to be pulled up on sort of my languages and stuff that I use, and since I've had it, even my managers... the praise that I get from it now with that support, saying that they didn't realise my vocabulary because obviously I was using simpler words... or I missed out a whole chunk of notes."
Since using Genio Notes, My has received praise from her managers in her 1 to 1's, who've noticed a big improvement. The software has not only helped her overcome the challenges of her dyslexia but has also boosted her confidence and changed her perception of her own abilities.
